This kit contains just-add-water meals for 3 meals a day for approximately a year. It is designed around the number of servings per day needed for good nutrition according to our registered dietician. The majority of the items are freeze-dried for great taste and ease of preparation. This kit contains the following selections per day: 2 main course entrees with real meat, 4 servings of vegetables, 2 servings of fruits, about 11 servings of breads/cereals, drinks, and some snacks and desserts. We have included a large variety of foods from our complete selection of foods. If you desire larger servings or are especially fond of a particular item you will want to supplement this unit with additional items. This kit includes 252 #10 cans (42 cases).
