This kit contains just-add-water meals for 3 meals a day for 6 months. It is designed around the number of servings per day needed for good nutrition according to our registered dietician. The majority of the items are freeze-dried for great taste and nutrition. This kit includes the following selections per day: 2 main course entrees with real meat, over 4 servings of vegetables, 2 servings of fruits, breakfasts, about 11 servings of breads/cereals, drinks, and some snacks and desserts. We have included a large variety of foods from our complete selection of foods.
