Ingredients:
A homogenized and pasteurized blend of whole egg, non-fat milk, vegetable oil and salt.
Directions:
To reconstitute, add water gradually while blending smooth with wire whip or fork. For each egg, add 2 Tbsp. of egg powder with 2 1/2 Tbsp. water. To scramble cook over low heat stirring constantly. For baking, blend with dry ingredients and add water with other liquid in recipe. |
