1. What is your shipping time?
A. Shipping time may vary according to market conditions. You should receive all non-food products within two weeks. All food products presently ship in about four weeks due to current high demand. We will keep you notified of any changes to shipping time.
2. How fresh are your food storage products?
A. All food is canned fresh for long-term storage and shipped direct from the cannery.
3. How long will my product store?
A. You need to store from 40-68 degrees for the longest shelf life. Do not store directly on the cement. Put on a pallet or shelf. We use a conservative recommendation on the storage food products we sell. Dairy products have the shortest shelf life, 3-5 years. It may store a little longer, but you will lose nutritional value the older it gets. Dehydrated fruits, vegetables, and legumes should be used in 6-8 years. Freeze-dried fruits and vegetables should be used in 8-10 years. Once the product is opened, keep the lid on and rotate. Shelf life will vary according to humidity and temperature in your area.
4. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards and money orders.
5. When will my credit card be charged for my order?
A. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. You will only be charged for the items that ship. In the event that we have backordered items that did not ship with the original order your credit card will be charged for those items when they ship.
6. Who will delivery my order?
A. Most orders ship via UPS. Some orders may ship FedEx. Books and DVDs typically ship via mail.
7. Do you ship outside the United States?
A. At present we do not ship outside the United States.
8. If I place a large order may I receive a discount?
A. If your order is over $5,000 you may call and see what type of discount we can offer.
9. Do you offer group buys?
A. If you have a group that wants to place an order of 12 or more items of the same item, please call for a group buy special.
10. What kind of guarantee/warranty do you offer on your products?
A. We almost never have complaints about the products we offer since we select only the highest quality goods. We cannot accept a return on food products. However, we have not had any complaints about the quality of food, amount of food in the can, or packaging of the food from our supplier. All non-food items come with a 30-day unconditional satisfaction guarantee. Many of our non-food products also have warranties.
11. What if I receive damaged products?
A. If you receive damaged products, please call us at 800-588-5412 within two weeks of receipt of your order. We will file a damage claim and reship the damaged item(s). Please keep the damaged products in case the shipper wants to inspect the items.
