The Marga Compact Grain Mill/Crusher makes it possible to easily prepare excellent fresh cereal flakes such as oats, wheat and rye, whole grain flour from wheat, rye, rice and other cereals and bran.

The grain mill functions through the use of three specially calibrated rollers which turn at differentiated speeds. The regulating knob has 3 positions and intermediary ones as well and for this reason it is possible to make every type of whole grain flour for bread, pasta, desserts, biscuits, etc., as well as large and thin flakes of any type of cereal.

Fresh grains are an essential part of a good diet. Raw flakes taste better, retain essential nutrients which are eliminated in preserved products and satisfy longer than any other cereal product.

The Marga is constructed of highly tempered steel rollers. The hopper/catching container is made of plastic. Supplied with handle, clamp and cleaning brush.
