Shipping & Returns

We ship UPS.  Single books may ship postal.  Because we cannot control the temperature and storage conditions of food products, we have a no-return policy.  However, if your product arrives damaged, we will replace it if you will let us know within 14 days of the shipment.  If product comes damaged, keep the whole box intact.  We will notify UPS to inspect the shipment and process a claim.  Sometimes, our automated shipping system calculates an amount higher than actual shipping costs.  In these cases, we will charge the lower amount.
